Our guest speaker, Russell Shaw of Top Energy, will then talk about the important electricity situation on local and national level.

As the Chief Executive of our Consumer Trust owned electricity lines company Top Energy, Russell has been in the driving seat of our local Ngawha Geothermal power station, which is operating now completely carbon neutral since applying the new technology of re-injecting CO2 back into the well.  He also oversees the smooth operation and constant upgrade of the Far North power grid to provide us reliably with electricity.

 Russell will talk to us about the organisation, success and challenges as well as the responsibility towards us shareholders.

There’ll be light refreshments available.
