Two years ago we posted an article on the petition to gain better public access to Taronui Bay Recreation Reserve which is located 17km North East of Kerikeri township.
Petition organiser Kerry Malloy has recently posted an update, summarising progress as follows: "Two long years have passed since this petition was launched.
The mountain looms higher and, sadly, in spite of all your support, we are no closer gaining improved access to our beautiful coastline at Taronui Recreation Reserve".
